25. Are we required to register the PPC with the FAA?
You are not required to register your single seat, 'true' FAR Part 103 PPC.
After January 31, 2008, all aircraft that fall under the Sport Pilot Classification will need to be fully compliant with the Sport Pilot Regulations.
