Infinity's canopy hook-up points are located at a near-perfect position in relation to the thrust line of the prop. Locating the hook-up points too high can make the aircraft fly with a porpoising effect. Infinity's width of the canopy hook-up points are near perfect as well. Virtually all of the parachute manufacturers like to see approximately a 60-inch, minimum spread between the hook-up points. This allows the parachute to have the proper crown.
With some of the other powered parachute manufacturers, the hook-up points are too close together. This design imperfection will give the parachute too much of a rounded crown, making the aircraft less stable during flight.
